STEP 1 FORTY-FIVE MINUTE INTRODUCTION TO SUCCESS DNA
The top performers’ team is invited to attend a 45 minutes pres entation where the benefits of participating in the Success DNA program will be out lined. Imagine having the power to ‘adopt’ in your own style a great talent from someone else. Imagine inoculating this newly found talent so that it fits snugly and naturally within your own personality. STEP 2 TWO-HOUR INDIVIDUAL TALENT COACHING
Each team member attends a two-hour individual interview where the objective is to uncover his/her success DNA (a unique talent). I.e. Charisma tic public speaking, asking powerful questions or maintaining empathy under pressure . These interviews should be completed over a maximum period of two weeks.
STEP 3 ONE DAY GROUP-COACHING WORKSHOP
A one day facilitated workshop is then designed to identify the key talents, which are critical for the business. I.e. asking powerful questions or maintaining empathy under pressure. All participants will be guided through a process of sharing and learning from one another.
STEP 4 THREE INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS TO ACQUIRE NEW TALENTS
Each participant will be coached on how to embed these critical new talents, in their own style.
STEP 5 MEASURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROCESS AFTER 3 MONTHS
Feedback from these top performers will provide a qualitative measurement.
Evaluating their performances (KPI) will provide the quantitative measurement leading to the future decision to transfer some of these talents to other professionals within the organization.
