Release your hand brake (fear) while driving forward because fear decreases your intelligent behaviour while love increases it!

Our body is billions of atoms consisting of 99,9999% of empty space which is  not empty but filled with information (affirmation) and energy (conviction)!

We are first emotional human being! We judge a situation with the emotional bias of our own likes and dislikes and then rationalise it backward.

Top performers, have implicit winning beliefs formulated as empowering affirmations or questions such as such as:

  • What could I do to feel even better?
  • Am I doing my best?
  • Am I making others more accountable?
  • Every day, in every way, it’s easier and easier to deal with the unfamiliar!
  • I always find a smarter way, anyway!
  • Nobody can make me feel anything, I choose what I feel through my own interpretation!

In contrast poor performers may have an implicit  belief such as “I am not good enough!”

1.     Preparation before the 3 hrs. group coaching

  • Visit the site (20 min):positiveintelligence.com. Do the tests to identify your top 2 Saboteurs as a key source of your stress and evaluate your PQ-Rep ratio (Click on Science). Then email the link of your saboteurs and PQ-Rep ratio to Alain at pathcoaching@pobox.com

Alain Willem holds two engineering degrees, is a specialist in nuclear power. He is also a yoga teacher, a Biodanza facilitator, an executive coach and a coach supervisor. Alain has over 20 years’ experience of coaching both in RSA and internationally. He has written 3 books and integrates executive coaching with life coaching at a deep level. Alain excels in activating the extra-ordinary qualities in successful executives and assists them in making those talents work for their teams.
